General Summary
The Manager Strategic Insights & Analytics is responsible for market analytics forecasting and supporting primary and secondary market research across APAC markets in support of the Orthopedics Business unit. The position will serve as a key partner to Marketing and other cross functional teams. The role will work with platform teams to support customer insights, market share, market sizing and procedure analysis, and planning across platforms. Frequent liaison with global Orthopedics Business unit SI&A teams is also required. The role will require a high degree of business acumen and understanding; must be able to proactively recommend tools and techniques to support primary market research, secondary market sources, and marketplace understanding needs across the business. With oversight, the position will have responsibility for executing strategic and tactical marketplace insight projects and activities, including managing external resources.
