Job Responsibilities

• Partnership with the operations team and finance back-office support
• Project and Service Orders revenue and cost accounting and reviews
• Cash forecasting (quarter and 12-week forecast)
• Month-end close process
• Orders consolidation and reporting
• Supports yearly budget process and regional consolidation
• Leads the monthly forecast updates in FCCS
• Supports monthly and quarterly functional reviews reporting for the region (DLS Margin, OVC, SG&A, Backlog)
• Run weekly SAP reports to support operations
• Supports other ad-hoc reports, projects and business initiatives

Required Qualifications

Education : Degree in Accountancy with minimum 10 years of relevant experience or equivalence. Preferably ACCA, CA Singapore with SAP knowledge

Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant professional level experience

Skills and Abilities : Strong knowledge and experience with audit and accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially for outlook and excel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in written and verbal English.
