- Maintain oversight over the Policy process and implement controls where necessary

- Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and systems
- Manage ad-hoc projects to improve processes at SMBC APD

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in compliance, risk management and policy management within the banking or financial services industry.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong stakeholder and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards applicable to the banking industry.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointTeam-orientedSeniority level
