Quantity Surveyor (Hillview)

Prepare and review tender submissions, including taking off quantities and pricing Conduct cost estimates, BOQ preparation, and variation claims Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and negotiate pricing Evaluate and compare supplier / subcontractor quotes for accuracy and scope Track and manage project costs and progress claims Assist in contract administration and support project team in documentation Perform site measurements, verification, and cost updates Attend site meetings when required to support commercial decisions Requirements At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Construction Management 2–3 years of relevant QS experience in Singapore KINDLY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR RESUME : 1.
