Job Description
The Youth Work Intern will be involved in engaging adolescents aged between 10 to 18 in different settings such as in schools, on the streets, and with the juvenile justice system. Responsibilities includes :
- Assist in conceptualisation and planning of intervention groupwork programmes in schools for adolescents
- Assist in engaging of adolescents in 1-1 setting and big group engagement to sieve out their needs, and steer them towards positive trajectory
- Participate in data analysis and coming up with intervention strategy based on data sets
- Partake in learning and development sessions with the service group.
Qualifications
A-level graduates and current Polytechnic students are welcome to apply.

Successful candidates will be required to register under YCCI.

To attain a better understanding of adolescent needs in the school setting, in the community, and those who have offending behaviourTo acquire interpersonal facilitation skills in working with adolescents and families in the conduct of programmes.Duration & Working Hours :
5 months between August 2025 to March 2026Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm; 2pm to 11pm on selected weekdays.
