The Opportunity

As Vice President of Business Development – Singapore, you will lead our BFSI vertical expansion across the local market, focusing on unlocking new logos and high-value partnerships with banks, fintechs, insurers, and digital financial institutions that are not currently outsourcing their operations.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing a go-to-market strategy that highlights Teleperformance’s transformation capabilities, customer service excellence, fraud / risk operations, digital CX solutions, and regulatory-compliant outsourcing models.

The Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build and execute a BFSI-specific business development strategy for Singapore, aligned with APAC and global objectives.
  • Drive new logo acquisition among local BFSI organizations that are exploring digital transformation or regional expansion.
  • Leverage your BFSI network to develop C-level relationships and influence buying decisions.
  • Design solution-based sales approaches that combine our digital tech, analytics, omnichannel, and customer care expertise.
  • Lead strategic pitches, coordinate proposals, and manage the negotiation and contracting process.
  • Partner with SMEs and pre-sales teams to position TP as a trusted digital and compliance-ready outsourcing partner.
  • Promote TP’s innovation, transformation, and automation capabilities to differentiate from cost-led BPO competitors.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and deliver on growth targets.
  • The Qualifications

  • A seasoned sales executive with 8+ years of experience selling CX or business transformation services in the BFSI sector.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with banks, insurers, or fintechs.
  • Familiar with regulatory, compliance, data security, and risk management requirements in the Singaporean and broader SEA BFSI landscape.
  • Digitally fluent—comfortable discussing automation, AI, omnichannel CX, and tech-enabled transformation.
  • Deep network of decision-makers in Singapore’s BFSI ecosystem.
  • Passionate about innovation, customer-centricity, and enterprise growth.
