Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities :

1. Top-up Chiller Display : Ensure the store chiller are topped-up with our products from the back store coldroom.

2. Stock Management : Liase with the driver of any shortage of stocks, to be delivered during the next delivery.

3. Chiller Cleanliness : Ensure chiller space for Unicurd / Vitasoy products are clean, and free of expired / damaged products.

4. Store Relationship : Maintain a good working relationship with the store staff.

5. Customer Interaction : Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

6. Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the Unicurd product range and promotions to assist customers with any inquiries.

7. Route Planning : Plan and suggest store visit plan with manager if necessary.

Requirements :

• Experienced in merchandising roles is preferred.
• Experienced in working in supermarket environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to load, unload, and move heavy products efficiently (est. 15-20kg / basket).
• Able to find your way from store to store.
