Job Scope - Operation Manager

  • Oversee Daily Operations

Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company or assigned departments.

  • Staff Management
  • Supervise and lead the operations team, including scheduling, task delegation, performance evaluation, and training.

  • Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Budget & Cost Control
  • Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and work towards cost reduction without compromising quality.

  • Project Coordination
  • Plan and coordinate operational projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.

  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all operations comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance and suggest areas for improvement.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales, HR, finance) to support overall business objectives.

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and handle customer feedback or operational complaints effectively.

  • Inventory and Asset Management
  • Oversee stock, equipment, and asset usage to ensure proper maintenance and availability.
