We’re now on the search for an ambitious Account Director to join our Singapore team and contribute to agency goals and growth.

The role you’ll play

You’re an ambitious Account Director with experience and passion for working with business and technology brands — particularly those at the forefront of innovation. You’re looking to take that next step in your career and be part of a growing global agency.

You’re a natural leader; you play an important role in leading and delivering client campaigns, but also in helping to run the agency’s Singapore hub and grow our business. As a trusted and experienced practitioner, you will provide both clients and team members with clear counsel and guidance, laying down strategic direction based on your comms expertise and knowledge of the local landscape and media.

Beyond campaign work, you will track and manage campaign service levels, support operations and new business alongside the Head of Singapore and with the support of the global leadership team.

To be successful in securing this role, you will need to :

Have 7+ years of communications or marketing experience (ideally in a PR agency)
Have a passion and demonstrated success working with business and technology brands and an established network within the Singapore and Southeast Asian business landscape
Have a proven track record of actively identifying, pursuing and converting new business opportunities
Have proven team leadership and mentoring skills ensuring you’re leading a team to achieve and exceed client expectations
Have strong strategic ability with experience in leading new business responses and Request for Proposals
Be capable of driving strategic and creative campaigns, ensuring satisfaction across your client portfolio
Build, nurture, and grow relationships with top tier media, influencers, stakeholders and industry bodies
Be able to develop scopes of work, manage service levels which meet core client deliverables, while keeping teams engaged and motivated
