Associate Manager Research Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research and critically assess global and Asian fund managers and their products.
• Lead fund manager interviews and write succinct and reader-friendly rating notes and research reports.
• Be responsible for formulating and justifying our opinions on investment strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Regularly contribute to the regional and local thought leadership agendas to strengthen Morningstar’s research brand recognition.
• Support model portfolio and select list production and other client-related output.
• Help shape Morningstar methodologies.
• Handle ad-hoc analytical assignments on investments, managed funds and products.
• To undertake other administrative, research and / or analytical work as required.
