Headquartered in Singapore, my client is a family-owned technology company with decades of experience in electronics and manufacturing. My client is now accelerating the growth of its LED lighting business unit.

Job Description

• Set the strategy and lead business development efforts across Singapore (and beyond) for LED lighting products.
• Personally drive new business - identifying key projects and clients across infrastructure, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Navigate public tenders, private projects, and distributor models with a hunter mentality.
• Partner with internal teams and senior leadership to position the LED business as a future core vertical.
• Operate independently with high visibility, while aligning with the traditional values and fast decision-making style of a founder-led firm.

The Successful Applicant

• About 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in LED lighting or electrical components products.
• Proven success developing Singapore's lighting or infrastructure markets - ideally with experience winning both private and public projects.
• Strong channel knowledge and an ability to open up new verticals and client relationships.
• Comfortable with navigating both the strategic planning and daily field execution.
• Able to adapt to a family-run, traditional business culture.
