Job Summary :
The Senior Manager, Fund Services and Relationship Management is responsible for overseeing fund administration operations and managing key client relationships. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality fund services, drives operational excellence, and fosters long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
Fund Services Operations :
- Lead and manage fund accounting, NAV calculations, financial reporting, and compliance processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of fund services in accordance with regulatory and client requirements.
- Oversee onboarding of new funds and transitions, ensuring smooth integration and setup.
Client Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Develop and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, custodians, auditors, and other stakeholders.Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Strategic Leadership :
Identify opportunities for service enhancement and process improvement.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement best practices.Support business development efforts by participating in client pitches and proposals.Compliance and Risk Management :
Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.Monitor and mitigate operational risks within fund services.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in fund services, fund accounting, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of fund structures, regulatory requirements, and financial instruments.Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.Skills :
