Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

The Senior Manager, Fund Services and Relationship Management is responsible for overseeing fund administration operations and managing key client relationships. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality fund services, drives operational excellence, and fosters long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

Fund Services Operations :

  • Lead and manage fund accounting, NAV calculations, financial reporting, and compliance processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of fund services in accordance with regulatory and client requirements.
  • Oversee onboarding of new funds and transitions, ensuring smooth integration and setup.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, custodians, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Strategic Leadership :

  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement best practices.
  • Support business development efforts by participating in client pitches and proposals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management :

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and mitigate operational risks within fund services.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in fund services, fund accounting, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, regulatory requirements, and financial instruments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Skills :

  • Proficiency in fund accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
