Accel Analytics Pte Ltd is a solution provider for analytical and measurement instrumentation products. Due to our current expansion plan, we are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Providing administrative support to team including preparation of Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Invoice.
- Supporting sales and service team in generation of quotation to customers.
- Handle of data entry and clerical duties.
- Process invoices and assist in the tracking of incoming and outgoing payments.
- Liaise and follow up with suppliers / forwarders on delivery.
- Other adhoc duties.
Requirements :
