Job description
  • Prepare delivery order
  • Perform administrative duties including documentation collection, distribution and filling
  • Update and compile logistics related daily and monthly reports
  • Maintain and update stock inventory and location
  • Assist to answer phone calls and message taking
  • Other logistics related duties as assigned
  • Experience in administrative duties and data entry
  • Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
  • Able to work under fast pace environment and perform overtimes when required
  • Work Day : 5.5 Days

    Mon to Friday - 8.30am - 6pm,

    Sunday (half day) 8.30am - 12.30pm
