Responsibilities :

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure systems.
Oversee the performance and reliability of infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis.
Develop and enforce policies related to system security and data integrity.
Conduct capacity planning and performance monitoring to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and technical expertise.
Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend improvements to the infrastructure.

Requirements

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in system engineering or infrastructure management roles.

Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and operating systems (Linux, Windows).

Expertise in networking concepts, protocols, and security practices.

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for infrastructure deployment.

Proficient in automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are desirable.
