Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day operational functions of our organization. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of business operations, including administrative support, process coordination, and systems management.
Job Description :
- Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and documentation.
- Track and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Support procurement, inventory control, and operation processes as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and logistical coordination for meetings and events.
- Liaise with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Monitor and respond to operational inquiries via email and phone.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding and training processes for new team members.
Requirements :
Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or office management role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with operational systems.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.ITE / Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Experience in operations in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Logistic, Store Management, Quality can be considered
