Senior BD Manager, Southeast Asia
This role is responsible for driving sales growth across Southeast Asia by developing business in key sectors like healthcare and hospitality, managing strategic accounts, and expanding distribution and end-user engagement. It also involves building and leading a regional sales team, overseeing pipeline and forecasting processes, and ensuring alignment with global sales strategies and reporting standards.

Job Description
- Take ownership of defining and implementing the sales strategy to meet established revenue and profitability goals.
- Expand and strengthen the Southeast Asia market by developing distribution channels, managing key accounts, and engaging local end users, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare and hospitality sectors (with GBC as a prime opportunity).
- Gradually build and lead the regional sales team by providing guidance, coaching, and coordination to achieve growth objectives.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, demand forecasting, and inventory management processes, driving CRM adoption for regular activity tracking and performance reviews with the team.
- Maintain a structured customer engagement plan that focuses on resolving issues, launching new products to boost sales momentum, and monitoring competitor activity and market developments.
- Ensure adherence to all organizational policies, strategic goals, and reporting requirements.
- Promote a collaborative and trust-based team environment aligned with company values.
- Deliver precise sales and product forecasts along with comprehensive reporting.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key distributors, end users, decision-makers, and selected suppliers.
- Work closely with the global team to ensure consistent implementation of company strategies and guidelines across all customer segments.

Proven track record with over 5-8 years of experience in customer-facing sales roles within the B2B industry, consistently achieving sales targetsStrong sales hunter mindset, skilled at identifying, building, and developing new business opportunities from the ground upExperience in managing and growing strategic and corporate accounts, fostering long-term customer relationshipsPreferably experienced in the professional cleaning market, with understanding of industry dynamics and customer needsTell employers what skills you have
