Benefits Summary

  • This is a full-time permanent role
  • Medical Leave (14 Days) , Medical Claim, Insurance Coverage, Annual Leaves (7-14 Days) , Hospitalisation Leave (60 Days) , AWS (13th Month) Bonus, Variable Bonuses, Annual Salary Increment Scheme, Nice and Dynamic Work Environment etc.
  • Basic Salary : SGD2,000 - SGD3,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Monthly Allowances + 13th Month Bonus + Variable Bonuses
  • Work location : Government Hospitals or Nursing Homes
  • Working hours : 12hours shift (with 1hr lunch), 44hours work per week only

Key Responsibilities

Nurse Assistant]

  • Observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight
  • Communication with patients and relatives
  • Assisting with clinical duties
  • Assists in patients' showering and living
  • Personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety

    • Healthcare Assistants]

  • Oral feed patients who require assistance with oral feeding
  • Assist with lifting, moving and transporting of patients
  • Ensure patients safety and facilitate social-emotional support through suitable activities
  • Dress and assist with personal hygiene of patients
  • Help patients with drinking / eating
  • Observe general condition with patients
  • Answer call bells and give assistance
  • Maintain a clean, well-organised and pleasant environment for all patients
  • Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

  • No min qualifications. Training will be provided
  • Passionate in Healthcare
  • A team player and possess good interpersonal skills
