Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent will provide assistance to the Farm Planner to support the smooth operations of the department. Responsibilities include but not restricted to the following :

Responsibilities

Provide support and coordination in :

Research and Development :

Review and streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency
Identify and deploy technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Hands-on R&D trials, research on new crops and technologies and write trial reports
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to support operational improvements

Accreditation, Certification Documentation Control & Planning :

Document control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance

Review and update technical documents such as manuals and workflows

Maintain records in accordance with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and HACCP standards

Internal and external audits for certifications, including SFA, HACCP, and GAP4

Requirements

Possess a Degree / Diploma in Agriculture / Aquaculture / Forestry or equivalent is advantageous

Experience in farm operations is advantageous

Must be willing to work under non-aircon environment at work intervals, and does not mind dirty the hands

Must be passionate working in the Agriculture industry

Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply

Proficient in MS Powerpoint / Excel / Word
