We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, payroll support, and HR documentation. The role also includes overseeing general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with interview scheduling, offer letter preparation, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Contribute to HR projects to enhance processes and align with business objectives.
- Manage payroll, including salary calculations, statutory filings, and payslips.
- Handle accommodation and support expatriates; assist with ACRA-related tasks.
- Maintain staff records, manage transport, handle work pass applications, travel coordination, mobile plans, and uniforms. (Jurong Island Pass)
- Help plan and execute company events, including team-building and annual dinners.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalentAt least of 3 years experience in a similar role, with full experience in payroll managementIn-depth understanding of Singapore's labor laws and HR best practice
