Job description

Studio Phax is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Part-Time Technical Architectural Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local authority requirements in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and compile submission drawings in compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements.
Assist in technical documentation for projects across various stages.
Coordinate and support the submission process to BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, etc.
Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, fire codes, and other relevant regulations.

Requirements :

Familiarity with Singapore’s submission processes and authority platforms (e.g., CORENET).

Good knowledge of local codes and guidelines (e.g., BCA, SCDF, URA).

Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit and SketchUp knowledge is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferably based in Singapore.
