Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • To coordinate shipments from overseas for deliveries to local warehouse or to end customers.
  • To assist the customer team in monitoring and liaising with local, Malaysian transporters and shipping agents to ensure the necessary permits, licenses and documents are in place to carry out the importation, exportation and local deliveries.
  • To support the sales team on the technical aspect and follow up with customers for operating problems.
  • To monitor and supervise first delivery of chemical product delivery at customers’ site and at the same time conduct ad-hoc inspection on driver.
  • To keep track customers’ orders and date of delivery, create SO / DO, prepare invoice to customers, and follow up with customers on quotation.
  • To issue PO to supplier, monitor and maintain warehouse stock level in healthy quantity.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
