Senior Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales of Spare Parts, General Service, and Modification (Customer account based).
• Handle customer sales enquiries / complaints regarding modification / spare parts / service etc.
• Work with Equipment Sales Account / FSO Technical / Direct Dealing with customers for closing the issue or sales matters.
• Handle customer enquiry, RFQ, make sales proposal and quotation activities etc.
• Responsible for sales negotiation and closing of sales.
• Liaise with customer, Japan counterpart for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales / spec / price issue.
• Responsible for Japan factory engineer labour order and process.
• Bi-weekly / Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update (Customer account based).
• Analyze monthly sales invoice of modification / spare parts, and the forecast planning (Customer account based).
