Handling incoming calls on Service hotlineAct as front-liners giving excellent customer service at all timesAttend to customer queries and schedule appointments with service teamsProvide solutions and alternatives to customersAssist Supervisors to resolve daily operation issuesJob Requirement
GCE ‘N’ Level and abovePossess good communication skillsPleasant disposition with strong service mindsetTraining is provided5.5 days work week (alternate Saturdays)
Selected applicant will commence on 4 months contract, subsequently on 12 months renewable basis
