We are looking for strong algorithm scientist who are excited to grow their business understanding, build highly scalable machine learning / algorithm models, and partner across disciplines with global teams, in pursuit of excellence. Given the fast growth of TikTok in the world, we are working on building a next-generation content understanding system for TikTok monetization. Responsibilities - Explore foundation models and Generative AI, track the cutting-edge technologies in text generation / translation, image-to-text, deepfake, etc, and maximize performance of pre-training, SFT, domain knowledge injection, RLHF, RM, AI Safety, etc. - Implement AIGC technologies to content understanding of commercial products, such as ads, e-commerce, short video, and live streaming, and build a new generation of AIGC-based monetization ecology systems. - Engage in research and application of LLM-based Agents with reinforcement learning. - Explore efficient training and inference solutions for AIGC models.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields. - Have a solid foundation with common machine learning-related techniques and algorithms (. classification, clustering, regression, . Be proficient with at least one deep learning framework (. PyTorch, TensorFlow). Has rich experience in computer vision or NLP-related tasks. - Be proficient with AIGC algorithms, and experienced in developing AIGC models at scale from inception to business impact. - Have a solid programming foundation. Be familiar with basic data structures and algorithms. - Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking skills, communication, and collaboration skills. Maintain curiosity about new things, and have a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and reliability.
