Job description

Job Description Act as Tier 2 / 3 escalation point for production application issues Investigate and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and apply permanent fixes Manage changes, support deployments, and coordinate post-release validation Develop custom scripts to generate reports or streamline tasks Enhance monitoring tools and alerting systems to catch problems early Create automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Windows batch, etc.) to reduce repetitive tasks Support automation of operations and alert responses Requirements Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or similar 3+ years in application support role, ideally within finance or capital markets Familiarity with post-trade systems for equities and / or derivatives is a plus Skilled in diagnosing issues in complex systems Comfortable with scripting in tools like PowerShell, Python, or Bash Experience with .NET applications and Microsoft SQL Server Ability to read stored procedures and manage large datasets Security-conscious and familiar with best practices in operational reliability Strong analytical skills and effective communicator across teams and vendors 4 positions available
