Job Responsibilities :
Augment the client's System Manager and collaborate with Operations Managers and End Users to oversee operations and maintenance activities for data network infrastructure and systems.
Areas include : Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Obsolescence and Vulnerabilities Management, Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Quality Management, and Service Improvement.
Lead and manage the vendor's Operations and Support (O&S) team in fault analysis, problem resolution, preventive maintenance, obsolescence management, change management, vulnerabilities tracking, patch management, and more.
Assist users with first-level investigation of network faults / issues and ensure timely vendor responses to incidents.
Review vendor's monthly O&S reports and provide summaries on system health, fault records, service reports, change requests, vulnerabilities updates, EOL (End-of-Life) status, and additional deliverables.
Evaluate vendor deliverables for operational and preventive maintenance activities.
