Responsibilities :

• Oversees group consolidation and financial / management reporting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Performs analysis on various consolidated financial drivers for management reporting purposes.
• Oversees Group tax compliance, tax planning, and tax accounting.
• Assesses the impact of new / changes in accounting standards on the Group.
• Responsible for establishing, reviewing, and updating group accounting policies and procedures in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards.
• Drafts technical accounting papers as and when required.
• Provides guidance and support to oversee team to ensure timely submission of monthly accounts.
• Ensures that all entities including overseas subsidiaries' accounting policies comply with the Group policies.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements.
• Supports the team for the migration and implementation of new system-related projects.
• Undertakes any other duties as assigned by management.
