Strategic Procurement Transformation : Review and enhance procurement policies to deliver best-in-class effectiveness and compliance

Insightful Decision-Making : Leverage economic, industry and internal data to lead targeted buying strategies and maximise procurement value across diverse categories
Smart Sourcing & Value Delivery : Align procurement outcomes with organisational objectives, ensuring optimal timing, budget, and strategic impact
Team Building & Capability Development : Foster a performance-driven team culture and mentor officers in advanced sourcing techniques
Governance & Continuous Improvement : Lead audit reviews and close gaps through policy refinement and system enhancements

What you'll need to succeed

Seasoned Procurement Leader : At least 8 years' experience in government procurement, including 3+ in a supervisory role

Systems-Savvy Professional : Hands-on GeBIZ knowledge is essential; familiarity with workdays or strategic reporting tools is a plus.

Change Champion : Adept in process redesign, automation, and analytics with a passion for forward-thinking solutions

Effective Communicator : Strong writing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities across all organisational levels

Personal Edge : Self-motivated, adaptive to change, detail-driven, innovative, and collaborative with strong interpersonal charisma
