Job descriptionMinimum 4 years of experience in UX / UI Design (App&Web) Experience in design execution for PC / Mobile platform Design with a blend of vision, craft, speed and business potential Excellent communication skills for clear articulation and defense of designs amid complexity and trade-offs Embrace failure as a learning opportunity with maturity and openness to feedback Proactively manage communication by adapting tonality and mode, including being respectful, inclusive etc. A love for design feedback, sharing work and engaging with peers consistently Push creative boundaries to set new industry standards, comfortably tackle design challenges with fresh approaches Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Protopie Enjoys the process of creating services with various domain experts Experience or interest in designing services related to finance or other regulated industries Experience in UX research and data analysis Familiarity with Agile work process Knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Product design for digital service platforms
- Service design conceptualization and execution - delivering designs swiftly within development cycles, iterating rapidly from briefing to final delivery
- Collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams throughout the design process including engineering, product and business
- Continuous UX / UI improvement based on user research and data, with proactively setting design directions
- Design for PC / Mobile Web and App service platform
