About the Role

Join our dynamic CLIENT IFC project team as a Product Manager, working with product leads, solution architects, and tech consultants to deliver innovative digital solutions across healthcare finance, regulation, disease control, analytics, and corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities

Problem Definition & Research

Engage stakeholders to define clear problem statements
Conduct market research and gap analysis
Analyse user feedback to inform decisions

Strategic Planning & Vision

Define and communicate product vision and goals

Develop strategy and theories of change

Align stakeholders on key priorities

Solution Development

Identify and test solutions to validated problems

Run experiments to validate assumptions

Maintain product roadmaps

Refine business, design, and technical specs

Implementation & Stakeholder Management

Drive necessary policy / process changes

Coordinate across agencies

Align business needs with tech capabilities

Manage key stakeholder relationships

Agile Delivery

Own and manage product backlog

Lead sprint planning

Collaborate with engineering and design teams
