Trade Operations Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

We are working with a globally reknowned financial institute to look for a Trade Operations Analyst with a strong go-getter attitude.

This position is a new headcount that will be part of the wider Global Markets Operations team encompassing a broad range of asset classes from FX, Derivatives, Commodities, Precious Metals, etc.

The team works APAC hours and is part of the follow-the-sun support.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile trades across front, middle, and back-office systems
• Monitor and facilitate trade confirmations, settlements, and physical deliveries
• Work closely with the trading desk for any queries and to ensure trade processing efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and market standards
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, vaults, and clearing agents
• Maintain accurate trade records and assist with audit and reporting processes
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives
