Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Design and Build : Design, build, and maintain our clients’ IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with development teams to ensure that infrastructure is scalable and capable of supporting applications effectively.
  • Security Compliance : Work with the security team to ensure that our infrastructure is secure and meets compliance requirements.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Monitor and troubleshoot issues within our network and server infrastructure, providing timely resolution.
  • Day 2 Maintenance : Engage in day 2 operations and maintenance, ensuring ongoing performance and stability of the infrastructure.
  • Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure architecture, procedures, and configurations.
  • Stakeholder Management : Engage with customers and vendors to understand their needs and ensure alignment with infrastructure solutions, fostering strong relationships to support project goals.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience : At least 3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Technical   Knowledge : Proficient in network and server technologies (e.g., VxRail, Microsoft, Linux).
  • On-Premises Management : Demonstrated experience managing on-premises infrastructure.
  • Problem - Solving   Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Desired Skills :

  • On-Premise Solutions : Experience with on-premises solutions, including deployment and management.
  • Programming and Scripting : Knowledge of programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Clear Articulation : Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • VxRail and Networking : Familiarity with VxRail solutions and networking concepts.
