The Programme Head will work alongside the existing incubation teams in the region and be primarily responsible for :
- Lead the process of selecting startups for various accelerator / incubation / immersion programmes.
- Collaborate with team members to design and refine the curriculum, ensuring relevance and value.
- Coordinate with mentors, industry experts, and investors to provide the necessary resources and networking opportunities to startups.
- Measure programme success and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Develop partnerships with other incubators, tech hubs, and relevant stakeholders.
