Job description

We are looking for a capable and experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of semiconductor projects, serving as the vital link between manufacturing teams in China and clients or partners based in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. This role requires a strong technical foundation in power semiconductors, effective supply chain coordination, and the ability to navigate cross-cultural environments with ease.

  • Basic up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

  • Location : Redhill

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams and manage timelines to ensure smooth coordination and milestone achievement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between China-based manufacturing operations and clients across Europe and APAC, aligning technical capabilities with customer requirements.
  • Oversee project logistics and lead time management, proactively identifying and resolving any bottlenecks in the supply chain.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable steps for the design and fabrication process, advocating technical solutions internally and externally.

    • Requirements

  • Min. Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management within the semiconductor industry, preferably in Integrated Circuits (IC).
  • A proven background in managing projects involving China and the Singapore / APAC region will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English to liaise with the China-based team.
  • Demonstrated agility in handling unexpected challenges and crisis scenarios.
