About the Role
As a Client Service Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. Your responsibilities will include :
- Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Managing client accounts to ensure seamless service delivery and high satisfaction
- Preparing client reports and performance summaries
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams by providing insights from client feedback and identifying growth opportunities
- Working with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience and streamline service processes.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in EnglishAvailability to work on weekends (Saturday and / or Sunday), as well as Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays1-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or related rolesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client accountsProactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressureFamiliarity with CRM tools or related software is a plusWillingness to travel to different locations as required.Location : Bukit Timah Plaza
