Join Our Team as a Client Service Executive

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or customer support? We're seeking someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful client relationships to join our team.

About the Role

As a Client Service Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. Your responsibilities will include :

Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Managing client accounts to ensure seamless service delivery and high satisfaction
Preparing client reports and performance summaries
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams by providing insights from client feedback and identifying growth opportunities
Working with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience and streamline service processes.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in English

Availability to work on weekends (Saturday and / or Sunday), as well as Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

1-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or related roles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client accounts

Proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure

Familiarity with CRM tools or related software is a plus

Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
