Report to Project Manager, develop projected milestone, plans and method statement.
Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters.
Participate in the preparation of construction plans and technical coordination for the structural part of the project management plan. Participate in the drawing review.
Ensure site works are executed based on approved drawing, project requirement, schedule, safety & quality standard.
Organise the pre-inspection before formal acceptance. Coordinate and inspect with sub-contractor and consultant.
Identify and solve problem areas that do not fulfil engineering and structure requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for all drawings.
Responsible for timely technical clarification of changes to engineering drawings and other technical documents.
Assist the structural manager to coordinate the cross-construction cooperation of various construction teams and professional subcontracts. Participate into the daily project safety management.
Cooperate with the company's technical department and participate in the implementation of BIM and C-score.
Coordination and on-site supervision of the concrete usage of the building, responsible / assist in completing the control and quality supervision of the prefabricated components, steel bars and other materials of the building; responsible for the structural material testing.
Upkeep site record and progress report. Handling of drawing issues and authorities submission.
Coordinate, attend meetings, liaise with consultants, clients, etc.
Other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirement :
Candidate must possess valid Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture. Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore IES / BCA and PE Board is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in main building construction.
Experience in HDBBTO Projects is preferred.
Good track records & working experience with local A1 / A2 main contractors is preferred.
Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
