We're looking for a detail-loving Sales Administrative Coordinator to support our growing Business Development team. If you're highly organized, love cute things, and enjoy working behind the scenes to help a business run smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you!
Your Main Responsibilities :
- Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales pipelines.
- Track leads and opportunities; follow up on inquiries and assist with client communication.
- Assisting with the identification, tracking, and management of potential leads.
- Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and sales documentation.
- Preparing reports on sales performance, market analysis, and other relevant data.
- Processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Help manage documentation for client onboarding and follow-ups.
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Hiring Manager.
What You Bring :
