Job Description :

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration, and training coordination in a fast-paced construction environment. You will support HR operations while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Onboarding :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding).
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation and ensure smooth integration.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, E Pass) for foreign employees.

HR Operations & Compliance :

  • Maintain and update staff access cards and HR records.
  • Verify and process HR-related invoices and payments.
  • Learning & Development (L&D) :

  • Coordinate training programs (in-house & external), including vendor liaison and scheduling.
  • Arrange in-house / external training courses and coordinate arrangements for internal / external courses and seminars.
  • General HR Support :

  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience (preferred), but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
