Job Description :
As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration, and training coordination in a fast-paced construction environment. You will support HR operations while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding).
- Conduct New Hire Orientation and ensure smooth integration.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, E Pass) for foreign employees.
HR Operations & Compliance :
Maintain and update staff access cards and HR records.Verify and process HR-related invoices and payments.Learning & Development (L&D) :
Coordinate training programs (in-house & external), including vendor liaison and scheduling.Arrange in-house / external training courses and coordinate arrangements for internal / external courses and seminars.General HR Support :
Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.2-3 years of HR experience (preferred), but fresh graduates are welcome.Experience in the construction sector is a plus.Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Independent worker & strong team player.
