Roles & Responsibilities

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. This includes routine cleaning tasks, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff, residents, or visitors.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors in designated areas
• Clean and disinfect toilets, pantries, common areas, and workspaces
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to procedures
• Wipe down windows, glass partitions, and furniture
• Replenish toilet supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, hand towels)
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and materials
• Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, faulty lights) to supervisor
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
• Basic understanding of cleaning tools, materials, and safety precautions
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior cleaning experience is an advantage
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays (if required)
