Job Descriptions
1. Execute enquiry handling including submission of questionnaire, preparation of ATEA and quotation.
2. Prepare and follow up with external stakeholders for accreditation and appointment process.
3. Prepare and follow up on internal audit activities
4. Open new file upon customer signed contract.
5. Assist in follow up with customers on overdue payment.
6. Maintain good relationship with new and existing customers to ensure zero trauma and continuous business.
7. Monthly compilation of customer complaints / feedback.
8. Monthly compilation and reporting for regional head office
9. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and latest industry trends.
10. Carry out any other duties as entrusted by the Head of Department
Training will be provided.
