Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Team Lead (Financial Sales) :

Job Responsibilities

Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, while achieving personal sales goals.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to maintain productivity, service quality, and positive morale.
Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular performance reviews and close gaps through coaching or action plans.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all credit proposals submitted by the team, in alignment with internal standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales and credit cycle.
Stay up to date with market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Cultivate a strong network of business contacts to generate leads and foster long-term client relationships.

Job Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending, or Mortgage / Property Loans.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing and coaching sales teams.

Strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and a consistent track record in achieving targets.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and effective in stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information :

Salary : Up to SGD7,000 + Allowances + Individual Com + Override Com

Working Location : Bukit Batok

Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.30pm
