BIM MODELLER[Central / Structural / Architectural based]

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using Revit, ensuring alignment with project construction requirements.
• Support the Project Team with timely BIM coordination and provide accurate, up-to-date information to aid construction activities.
• Extract data from 3D Revit models to develop shop drawings and collaborate with the Engineering and Project Teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications in accordance with client and consultant requirements.
• Prepare as-built drawings for project handover and submission to clients or consultants.
• Assist in tender submissions by producing floor plans, sectional drawings, and related documentation.
• Participate in technical and BIM coordination meetings when necessary.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all required drawings.
