Responsibilities
Facilitate & drive employee-centric change management
Reporting into the Program Manager, be the overall responsible for change management
activities for the Program
Help drive adoption of the system capabilities, embed new ways of working and keep a pulse
on the user community feedback
Create change plans, develop the processes, coordinate, and drive the execution, including
trainings, surveys, design reviews, pilots, UX tests and clinics
Uncover opportunities for improving workforce productivity and efficiency based on user
feedback
Good executive presentation skills, cross-team collaboration and excellent communications
skills are essential
Provide recommendations for addressing roadblocks to implementing change management
initiatives
Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders
Establish effective working relationships and clear lines of communication with internal
stakeholders - senior leadership, managers, and employees bank-wide
Partner with program team and stakeholders for analysing potential change management
opportunities
Provide subject matter expertise in the development of long-term plans involving change
strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years' experience in change management, human-centred
design and culture transformation.
Previous experience working in a technology company preferred.
Creative problem-solving and business acumen
People-oriented with effective stakeholder management, strong facilitation, and
communication skills.
Entrepreneurial & able to work independently and get things done with minimal supervision.
Knowledge in two or more of the following skills competencies
o Change Management (mandatory)
o Design Thinking / Human-centred Design
o Facilitation & Coaching
o Project Management
o User Experience / User Interface Design
o Data and Information Visualisation
