Roles & Responsibilities

Provide architectural design expertise and related services
Work independently and collaboratively with a team of Architectural and Interior
Designers on large-scale hospitality and luxury residential projects
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and proficiency in contract administration
Develop detailed, innovative designs with a flair for architectural detailing

Requirements

Degree in Architecture from a recognized university

1to 5 years of architectural practice experience in hospitality and residential sectors

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software aligned with industry standards

Strong knowledge of construction practices and excellent organizational skills

A team player with meticulous attention to detail and project management skills and proven track record
