Job description

Summary :

Job Scope :

  • Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Support customer service team in attending to enquiries via phone or email
  • Coordinate with logistics team on delivery schedules and shipment arrangements
  • Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents
  • Update inventory or order records in system
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for smooth daily operations
  • Assist in generating reports and maintaining proper filing systems
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum O-Level / N-Level / Diploma in any field
  • 1-2 years of admin or customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
