What You’ll Do :

As a Business Development / Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and supporting our go-to-market efforts. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that matter to our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, referrals, networking, events, and partnerships
  • Acquire new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Understand client needs and provide expert advice on corporate structuring, compliance, and business services
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals, managing the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business development strategies
  • Support marketing campaigns, event planning, and content creation to enhance brand visibility
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare reports, and monitor KPIs
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
  • Identify process improvements and contribute ideas for new services or enhancements

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, client servicing, or B2B sales (experience in professional or corporate services is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable engaging with clients from startups to SMEs and regional businesses
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin language is essential to this job
