Overall Purpose of the Job :
Build awareness of 33 Auction capabilities via various marketing communications channels. In charge of developing and managing the execution of various marketing strategies to support regional business getting, auctions pre-sale / post-sale activities, and strengthen 33 Auction's Business Development in the region.
Responsibilities :
- Provide specialist departments with appropriate marketing plans based on the regional marketing strategy, to support their objectives and targets.
- Create and execute tailored marketing communications plans in support of central marketing initiatives.
- Development, drafting and production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, event invitations, client collaterals, press releases, web content.
- Develop, communicate, and coordinate marketing calendar with internal business partners - including social media postings pipeline.
- Develop video and other digital channels - partner with specialists to develop key messages and scripts where relevant.
- Manage production of campaign effectiveness reports for each campaign and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs).
- Utilize analytic tools to track and evaluate performance of individual initiatives and overall regional success.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years marketing and communications experienceDegree in Marketing, Business Management, or related coursesBilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with associates and clientsSolid experience marketing to HNW / UHNW client segmentsDemonstrated expertise in written communications with online experience desiredUnderstanding of the intersection of digital, social, and traditional marketingExcellent project management skills - proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables to strict deadlines without sacrificing qualityOutstanding interpersonal skills, ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levelsStrong analytical capabilities and experience using a wide variety of analytic tools, including using market research and data analysis to inform the formulation of marketing communication strategiesKnowledge of digital analytics tools desirable (e.g., Google Analytics)Team player and thrive in a high delivery and performance driven environmentPC Literate : MS Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop
