Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

• Develop and lead aprehensive TA strategy to promote the organization as an Employer of Choice and attract the right talent to support the organization growth for the Asia Pacific region
• Partner with the broader HR team and key stakeholders to ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with business needs
• Dual act as strategic advisor to Business Leaders around the People Agenda, including talent management and development, performance management, total rewards and employee relations to support organizational growth
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
• Manage and constantly review recruitment related polices and processes to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure best in class internal customer and candidate experience
