Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to daily operations work
  • Administer order processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with relevant departments in the daily deployment of trucks and drivers
  • Assist in vehicle scheduling
  • Prepare drawings with / without using CAD software
  • Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing
  • Prepare full set of documents including costing before passing to other departments for processing
  • Perform verification of sub-contractor billings
  • Handle office administrative work like filing and scanning
  • All other job duties as assigned
